Head Teacher's Welcome

I am very pleased to welcome you to Raunds Park Infant School through our website. We are a small and friendly school that prides itself on the warm and caring environment created in the school. The staff work tirelessly to ensure the children love school and have a love of learning. We provide an exciting curriculum where children are taught in a cross-curricular way, based on "wow" moments and real-life experiences.

I hope our website provides you with useful information about our school, and gives you a sneak peak into the life of the school. If you have any enquiries about the school please contact either myself or Mrs Marks, school business manager.

Testimonals from Current Parents:

- From a year 2 parent:

Raunds Park Infant School is a lovely, small, friendly school. We moved up here just before my son was due to start Reception, and the school were very accommodating to his needs. He has thrived there and I think he's had the best educational starting platform to base his further school years on to

- From a year 2 Parent:

Park Infants from the outset of my children's education journey have made them feel happy, safe and at home. The teachers have played a massive part in developing my children's confidence to explore and study new subjects and have instilled in them the enjoyment of learning.

-From a year 1 Parent:

After visiting the different options available in the area we chose Raunds Park Infants for our son for the same reason any parent does for their child’s 1st school. Yes, we did the usual; checked the Ofsted reports, asked friends and looked at what we could but for us it came down to something else.

And that was how we felt when we walked in, walked round and looked at the school. Such a positive place with what felt like real love and passion to making it a great place for all the boys and girls! And it helped that Max loved it!

Fast forward today, to nearly halfway through our son's time here and he has come on leaps and bounds. It’s so great to see him learning and developing, and really enjoying his time at Raunds Park Infants. He loves it and we can’t wait for his little brother to join him!
